摘要
依据OBE理念逆向设计人力资源管理专业课程体系构建逻辑,在市场调查基础上,分析学生就业岗位群,明确专业人才培养目标,以毕业要求设计教学内容,以产出为导向设计课程体系,充分保障高职院校人力资源管理专业人才培养目标的实现。
According to the OBE concept,the construction logic of the curriculum system of human resource management is reversely designed.The employment groups of students are analyzed and the professional talent training goals are clarified on the basis of market research.Designing the teaching content based on graduation requirements and designing the curriculum system leaded by output can fully guarantee the realization of the talent training goals of human resource management major in vocational colleges.
