美国大学教育质量问责“透明度”项目研究——基于六种“透明度”项目的对比分析

On Transparency Initiatives of Quality Accountability in American Undergraduate Education:Comparison and Analysis of 6 Transparency Initiatives

选取美国大学教育极具代表性的六种“透明度”项目——“大学记分卡”(CSC)、“大学与学院问责网络”(U-CAN)、“自愿问责系统”(VSA)、“自愿问责框架”(VFA)、“国家高等教育报告卡”(M-NRCHE)和“梦想实现计划”(ATD),通过对比分析其在实施、内容、效用等层面的优劣异同,总结不同项目的成效及问题局限,以期为我国大学教育质量问责“透明度”项目的构建提供借鉴和启示。

This study chose 6 typical standard transparency initiatives of America including CSC,U-CAN,VSA,VFA,M-NRCHE,ATD to make a comparison and analysis on their similarities,differences,advantages,and disadvantages from the perspectives of operation,contents,and features of each one,and then summarized their effectiveness and limitation in order to put forward some suggestions for the construction of the transparency initiative of quality accountability of China.
