热点与前沿:近20年中国乡村教师研究的可视化分析

Hotspots and Frontiers:A Visual Analysis of Research on China’s Rural Teachers in Recent 20 Years

借助CiteSpace软件对近20年来(2000-2019年)核心期刊和CSSCI期刊中共2816篇乡村教师研究文献以关键词为节点进行计量可视化分析。结果表明,近20年来我国乡村教师研究经历了快速发展、稳定发展和深入发展阶段,研究热点与前沿主题包括乡村教师专业发展、乡村教师生存境遇、乡村教师队伍建设和乡村教育协调发展。据此反思,未来的乡村教师研究应厘清混用概念,细化研究对象,融合多元方法,加强主体参与。

A visualized analysis was made of the keywords of 2,816 pieces of research literature on rural teachers in core journals and CSSCI journals(2000-2019)by CiteSpace.The results show that the research on rural teachers in China has experienced rapid development,stable development and sustained in-depth development stage in the past two decades.Research hotspots and frontiers include the living conditions of rural teachers,the construction of rural teaching staff and the coordinated development of rural education.According to the results,it is necessary to clarify the concept of mixed use,refine the research objects,adopt a variety of research methods,and enhance rural teachers’participation in future research on rural teachers.
