摘要
磁共振成像已成为心血管疾病患者临床评估的重要工具之一,而具有沿3个血流方向速度编码和三维解剖覆盖的四维血流磁共振成像(4D Flow MRI)在心血管疾病的生理病理学改变、危险分层、治疗方案优化及随访工作中具有重要价值,该文就4D Flow MRI的成像原理、特点及其在心血管系统临床应用的研究进展及不足进行综述。
Magnetic resonance imaging has become an important tool for the clinical evaluation of patients with cardiovascular disease.Four-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging(4D Flow MRI),with velocity encoding along all three flow directions and three-dimensional anatomic coverage,has great value for the physiological and pathological changes,risk stratification,treatment optimization and follow-up of cardiovascular diseases.This review is to describe the image-forming principle,characteristics,clinical application and deficiency of this technique in cardiovascular system.
