摘要
针对当前病死畜禽处理的问题,设计、开发了一种基于生物发酵处理方法的无害化处理机控制系统。首先,系统地介绍了小型家禽无害化处理机的机械结构组成和工作原理;其次,详细给出了以文本屏一体机为控制核心的全自动控制系统硬件设计方案;最后,给出了软件控制算法设计流程。实践应用表明,所开发的基于微控制器的小型病死家禽无害化处理机控制系统性能稳定、性价比高、操作便捷,具有工程应用指导意义。
Aiming at the current harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and poultry,a harmless treatment machine control system based on biological fermentation treatment method was designed and developed.Firstly,the mechanical structure and working principle of small poultry harmless processor are systematically introduced.Secondly,the hardware design of automatic control system with text screen as the control core is presented in detail.Finally,the design flow of software control algorithm is given.The practical application shows that the control system for the harmless treatment of dead poultry based on microcontroller has stable performance,high cost performance,convenient operation,and guiding significance in engineering application.
