摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)自暴发以来迅速蔓延,目前已成为全球公共卫生事件。免疫系统过度激活引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征及多器官功能衰竭是危重型COVID-19患者死亡的主要原因之一。研究表明,间充质干细胞来源胞外囊泡(MSC-EV)能够投递蛋白、mRNA、微小RNA(miRNA)等物质至靶细胞,进而发挥抗微生物、抗炎、免疫调节、组织修复等作用,理论上能够促进病毒清除,抑制COVID-19患者免疫系统过度激活,并促进受损组织、器官修复。本文主要综述了MSC-EV在COVID-19中的潜在应用价值,以期为COVID-19患者提供一种安全、高效的治疗策略。
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has spread rapidly worldwide and has become a global public health event.Acute respiratory distress syndrome and multi-organ failure caused by over-activation of the immune system are the main causes of death in critically patients with COVID-19.The research shows that mesenchymal stem cells derived extracellular vesicles(MSC-EV)can deliver protein,mRNA,miRNA and other substances to target cells,played anti-microbial,antiinflammatory,immunomodulation and tissue repair effect.In theory,MSC-EV can promote virus clearance,suppress the overactivated immune state of COVID-19 patients,and promote the repairment of damaged tissues and organs.This article reviews the potential application value of MSC-EV in COVID-19,in order to provide a safe and effective treatment strategy for COVID-19.
