摘要
开发了针对施工企业管理的基坑自动化监测及预警系统。该套系统实现了基坑监测的良性管理、数据备份、数据分析,为基坑工程提供规范化的数据结果。客户根据规范或现场条件可以在软件端手动设置报警值,及时掌握基坑的报警状态。该套系统应用在武汉某深基坑前排倾斜双排桩支护段,实现对支护结构应用效果的实时监测,通过设置测斜报警值,可以检验支护结构的最大无支撑支护深度。
A foundation excavation automatic monitoring and early warning system for construction enterprise management is developed.The system can realize the benign management,data backup and data analysis of foundation excavation monitoring,and provide standardized data results for foundation excavation engineering.Customers can set alarm value at the software end manually according to the specifications or site conditions,so as to master the alarm status of foundation excavation timely.This system has been applied in the front inclined double row pile support section of a deep foundation excavation in Wuhan,realizing the real-time monitoring of the application effect of supporting structure.The maximum unsupported support depth of the supporting structure can be tested by setting the inclinometer alarm value.
