摘要
深基坑支护预应力锚索同步钻进、跟锚、注浆扩大头锚固施工技术,在原有常规锚索施工的基础上对施工工序和机械设备进行优化改进,目的在于解决施工工序不连续、作业时间较长的不足。与常规深基坑支护预应力锚索成孔、下锚、注浆分上下工序施工不同,而是将钻进成孔、锚索安放、注浆三工序同步一次性完成。工程实践表明,该方法取得良好的应用效果。
A synchronous construction technology of enlarged end anchor cable in support of deep foundation excavation is proposed in this paper on the basis of conventional anchor cable construction,with optimization in construction procedure and mechanical equipment in order to address such problems as discontinuous construction process and long operating time.Unlike the three procedures,hole-drilling of pre-stressed anchor cable,anchor-placing and grouting,adopted in the conventional construction procedure of deep foundation excavation,an integration of three procedures into one is achieved in the novel approach.And engineering practice has witnessed satisfactory application effect with the improved technology.
