摘要
为探讨外源SNP对铝胁迫下大麦幼苗根部生理生化指标及DNA损伤的影响,采用含不同浓度SNP的营养液对Z_(17)和GP两个品种的大麦进行水培,通过检测大麦幼苗根中SOD和POD活性、H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量及DNA模板变化,分析外源SNP对铝胁迫大麦幼苗的影响.结果表明,外源SNP能使Z_(17)和GP两个品种大麦幼苗中的SOD和POD活性下降,并降低叶片中H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量,维持较高的基因组模板稳定性,从而缓解铝对大麦幼苗的毒害.
In order to explore the effects of exogenous SNP on the physiological and biochemical indexes and DNA damage of barley seedling roots under Al stress,two varieties of barley Z_(17) and GP were hydroponically cultured with the nutrient solution containing different concentrations of SNP,the effects of exogenous SNP on the barley seedlings under Al stress were analyzed by detecting SOD and POD activities,H_(2)O_(2) and MDA contents,and DNA template changes in barley seedling roots.The results showed that exogenous SNP could reduce the SOD and POD activities in Z_(17) and GP barley seedlings,as well as H_(2)O_(2) and MDA contents in the leaves,maintain high genome template stability,and thus alleviate the toxicity of aluminum to barley seedlings.
