强省会城市发展相关数据分析与策略研究——以合肥市为例

Data Analysis of and Strategic Plans for the Development of Important Provincial Capital Cities in China——A Case Study of Hefei

以合肥为例,从国家发展布局、省会经济、人口增长等方面对强省会城市的发展进行了分析和研究。着重分析了我国强省会城市的发展现状以及重要历史机遇,并阐释了强省会城市推动全省经济发展、带动城市人口增长、促进城市化进程等方面的积极意义。通过数据分析,提出了针对强省会城市发展的相应策略提高省会城市的首位度,抓住战略利好机遇;全面提升城市能级和发展水平,提升城市综合承载力;实施积极人口政策,以吸引高层次人才进入。

Taking Hefei as an example,this paper analyzes the development of important capital cities in China in terms of national development distribution,provincial capital economy and population growth.It examines their present situation,highlights the historic opportunities and demonstrates their significance in promoting economic development,boosting population growth and accelerating the urbanization of the province.Finally this paper proposes some strategies based on data analysis:enhancing the primary role of the capital city;taking the opportunities;improving urban function and development level and implementing a positive population policy etc.
