2001—2018年国内循证护理研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of evidence-based nursing research in China from 2001 to 2018

目的分析国内循证护理研究态势,了解我国在此领域发展的历程及研究现状,为我国护理研究者提供参考。方法通过CNKI检索出2001—2018年国内循证护理相关文献,借助CiteSpaceⅡ软件进行知识图谱绘制。结果国内有关循证护理的总发文量为10532篇,总体呈上涨趋势;发文作者形成了以胡雁和刑唯杰等为代表的作者合作网络中较大的子网络;发文机构形成了以复旦大学护理学院、复旦大学附属儿科医院和复旦大学附属肿瘤医院等为代表的机构合作网络中较大的子网络;关键词统计共389个,研究主要集中在“并发症”、“护理”、“生活质量”和“效果评价”等。结论循证护理在我国开展以来,日益受到重视,但仍需加强研究作者与研究机构间的合作,拓展研究的深度及广度,实现循证护理实践效果的提高,从而改善护理质量,促进护理学科的发展。

Objective This paper analyzes the research situation of domestic evidence-based nursing,and understands the development process and research status of China in this field,so as to provide reference for Chinese nursing researchers.Methods Through CNKI retrieval from 2001 to 2018 domestic evidence-based nursing literature,with the help of CiteSpaceⅡsoftware knowledge map drawing.Results The total number of papers on evidence-based nursing in China is 10532,which shows a rising trend;The authors formed a large sub-network of authors'cooperation represented by Hu yan and Xing weijie;The publishing institution has formed a large sub-network of cooperative organizations represented by the School of Nursing Fudan University,Children’s Hospital of Fudan University and Fudan University Cancer Hospital;There are 389 keyword statistics in total,The research mainly focused on“complications”,“nursing”,“quality of life”and“effect evaluation”.Conclusion Since the development of evidence-based nursing,more and more attention has been paid to it.However,cooperation between research authors and research institutions still needs to be strengthened,the depth and breadth of research needs to be expanded,To improve the effect of evidence-based nursing practice,So as to improve the quality of nursing and promote the development of nursing discipline.
