基于帕累托原理加强危急值管理评价

Strengthening the Evaluation of Crisis Value Management Based on Pareto Principle

目的:分析危急值处理过程主要缺陷类型和缺陷表现,寻找提高危急值管理的方法。方法:运用帕累托方法,在总结分析2018年1月-2019年12月到检验检查科室和病区检查的102例存在缺陷的危急值处理基础上,找出主要缺陷类型,针对主要缺陷类型找出缺陷表现。结果:7类缺陷类型中,危急值处置记录、管床医师干预措施及医患沟通2类缺陷累积百分比为74.12%;造成2类主要缺陷类型的表现有6个,其中危急值处置记录超6小时完成,无医患沟通记录发生率相对较高,分别为40.57%和22.64%。结论:开展多样式培训,不断提高质量意识和法律意识,完善管理流程,提升医患沟通,以加大监管和奖惩力度等方面入手,持续加强危急值管理。

Objectives:To analyze the main defect types and defects performance in the process of critical value processing,and find out the methods to improve the critical value management.Methods:Using Pareto method,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the critical value treatment of 102 cases with defects in the inspection and inspection department and ward from January 2018 to December 2019,the main defect types were found out,and the defect performance was found out according to the main defect types.Results:Among the 7 types of defects,the cumulative percentage of critical value disposal records,intervention measures of doctors and patients and doctor-patient communication was 74.12%;There were 6 performances of 2 main defect types,in which the critical value disposal records were completed more than 6 hours,and the incidence of no doctor-patient communication records was relatively high(40.57%and 22.64%,respectively).Conclusion:To carry out multi-mode training,continuously improve the quality awareness and legal awareness,improve the management process,improve the doctor-patient communication,strengthen supervision and reward and punishment,and continuously strengthen the emergency value management.
