The Effect of Fine Management Scheme on Improving Management Quality in Hospital Management

摘要 目的:探讨应用精细化管理方案对提升医院管理质量的影响。方法:选取该院实施精细化管理前收治的210例患者设为对照组,将2019年1月实施精细化管理后收治的210例患者设为观察组,采用前后对比的研究方法,比较两组管理成效。结果:研究组管理差错发生率、患者投诉发生率及医院感染发生率分别为0.95%、0.48%、1.90%,对照组分别为4.76%、3.81%、5.24%,研究组较之对照组均明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对管理的满意度(99.05%)显著高于对照组(94.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将精细化管理方案应用于医院管理工作中,可有效降低管理差错、患者投诉、医院感染等不良事件发生率,进一步优化管理质量,患者也会对医院管理工作给予更积极的评价。 Objective:To explore the effect of fine management scheme on improving management quality in hospital management.Methods:210 patients who were admitted to our hospital before the implementation of fine management in January 2019 were selected as the control group,and 210 patients after the implementation of fine management in January 2019 were set as the observation group,and the management effects of the two groups were compared by using the research method of comparison before and after.Results:The incidence of management errors,complaints and nosocomial infection in the study group were 0.95%,0.48%and 1.90%respectively,while those in the control group were 4.76%,3.81%and 5.24%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the study group(99.05%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(94.29%),the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine management scheme in hospital management can effectively reduce the incidence of management errors,patient complaints,hospital infection and other adverse events,further optimize the management quality,and patients will give more positive evaluation of hospital management.
