摘要
目前常见的矿井降温方式有井下集中式和地面集中式降温系统。井底车场附近集中安装带高承压冷凝器的防爆制冷机,对设备要求太高,主要为进口产品,设备投资高;而地面集中式降温系统将制冷单元放在地面,输冷距离长,管道需要保温且冷损大。随着开采距离井口越来越远,以上2种方式均存在冷损大、输送到末端空冷器的温升高的问题。分布式制冷整体降温系统将换压后的冷却水送到各分区,将制冷机分散布置,降低了设备投资,节约了保温管道的投资,减少了冷量损失,提高了工作面的降温效果。
At present,the common mine cooling methods include underground centralized cooling system and ground centralized cooling system.The explosion-proof refrigerator with high pressure condenser is installed near the underground depot,which requires too much equipment,mainly imported products,and has high equipment investment;while the ground centralized cooling system places the refrigeration unit on the ground,with long cooling distance,pipeline insulation and large cold loss.With the development distance from the wellhead getting farther and farther,the above two methods have the problems of large cold loss and temperature rise of the terminal air cooler.The distributed cooling system sends the cooling water after pressure change to each zone,and the chillers are arranged in a decentralized way,which reduces the investment of equipment,saves the investment of insulation pipeline,reduces the loss of cooling capacity and improves the cooling effect of working face.
