长钻孔分段压裂增透技术在抽采煤层瓦斯中的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对重庆地区地质条件的复杂性,在研究定向长钻孔分段压裂技术装备的基础上,成功在松藻煤矿实施了定向分枝长钻孔分段压裂试验,实现对每个分支孔的单独压裂施工。与该煤矿常规压裂钻孔相比,定向分支长钻孔分段压裂后,平均瓦斯抽采流量提高了7.12倍,平均瓦斯抽采浓度在30%以上,取得了良好的效果,达到了大幅提高煤矿瓦斯抽采效率、缩短抽采达标时间、降低瓦斯治理成本的目的,提升了煤矿的安全水平,为煤矿安全高效生产奠定了基础。 In view of the complexity of geological conditions in Chongqing area,based on the research of the technology and equipment for staged fracturing of directional long boreholes,the staged fracturing test of directional branch long boreholes was successfully carried out in Songzao Coal Mine,realizing the separate fracturing operation for each branch hole.Compared with the conventional fracturing boreholes in this coal mine,the average gas drainage flow is increased by 7.12 times and the average gas drainage concentration is more than 30%,which has achieved good results.It has achieved the purpose of greatly improving the efficiency of gas drainage,shortening the time of reaching the standard of drainage,and reducing the cost of gas control.It improves the safety level of coal mine and lays a foundation for the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
