定向长钻孔抽采瓦斯技术在榆树田井的研究与应用

Research and application of gas drainage technology by directional long borehole in Yushutian Coal Mine

通过对定向长钻孔在榆树田井实际施工情况以及钻孔瓦斯抽采情况研究,总结得出利用定向长钻孔进行煤巷掘进条带预抽煤层瓦斯在技术上是可行的,并且能够发挥其相较普通钻孔具有精确定向钻进、钻孔深度深、预抽效率高的优势,在取得较好的瓦斯治理效果的同时,也取得了较大的经济效益,为高瓦斯煤层的煤巷掘进提供了安全保障。

Based on the study of the actual construction situation of directional long boreholes in Yushutian Coal Mine and the gas drainage situation of the boreholes,this paper concluded that it is technically feasible to use directional long boreholes for coal road excavation and strip pre-drainage of coal seam gas.compared with ordinary drilling,it has the advantages of precise directional drilling,deep drilling depth,and high pre-drainage efficiency.While achieving better gas control effects,it has also achieved greater economic benefits.It is a high gas coal seam,and can provide a safety guarantee for the driving of coal roadway in high gas coal seam.
