脑梗死患者康复功能锻炼中运用临床护理路径的效果

Application of clinical nursing pathways in rehabilitation functional exercises of patients with cerebral infarction and the effect on the quality of life of patients

目的分析和探究临床护理路径在脑梗死患者康复功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法对照组分配患者35例,实施常规护理干预的措施,研究组分配患者35例,实施临床路径护理干预措施,对比两组脑梗死患者最终的护理效果。结果常规护理、临床路径护理干预后,对照组、研究组脑梗死患者的遵医行为评分分别为(75.67±2.48)(90.30±2.56),健康知识掌握程度评分为(73.25±4.51)(88.54±3.12),生活质量评分为(76.94±2.05)(89.91±2.97),两者相比较,研究组较高,数据存在对比价值,P<0.05。结论在脑梗死患者康复功能锻炼的过程中,采取临床护理路径方案干预的最终效果较为显著,尤其表现在患者健康知识掌握度、遵医行为和生活质量的提升方面,应用价值较高,值得进一步推行。

Objective:To analyze and explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in rehabilitation function exercise of patients with cerebral infarction.Method:Conventional nursing intervention measures were implemented for the 35 patients in the comparison group while clinical pathway nursing intervention measures were implemented for another 35 patients in the observation group.The final nursing effects of the two groups of patients with cerebral infarction were compared.Results:After routine nursing and clinical pathway nursing intervention,the compliance behavior scores of patients with cerebral infarction in the comparison group and the study group were(75.67±2.48)and(90.30±2.56),and the health knowledge mastery score was(73.25±4.51)(88.54±3.12),the quality of life score was(76.94±2.05)(89.91±2.97).In the comparison between the two,the study group was higher,and the data showed the significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of rehabilitation and functional exercise for patients with cerebral infarction,the final effect of intervention by clinical nursing pathways is more significant,especially in the improvement of patients'health knowledge,compliance behavior and quality of life.It has high application value and is worth promoting.
