立德树人是高校的根本任务,高校应把立德树人作为思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。青年学生价值观决定青年在发展和成长过程中所具有的定向和调节重要作用,直接影响到对人生理想、信仰和目标的寻求。从增进青年学生价值观教育的师资、开展多层次全方位的价值观引导、创新课堂与实践相结合的课程思政教学多方面,潜移默化引导青年正确的价值观的形成,把立德树人理念与青年价值观教育结合起来,构建青年学生价值观教育载体,具有重要的价值和意义。

Moral cultivation is the fundamental task of colleges and Universities,which should penetrate throughout the whole process of education and teaching as ideological and political work.The values of young students determine their orientation and self adjustment during the process of development and growth,and directly affect their pursuit of life ideals,beliefs and goals.Through increasing the teachers of value education for young students,carrying out multi-level and all-round value guidance,innovating the ideological and political teaching of the course combining classroom with practice,we can imperceptibly guide the formation of correct values for young students.It is of great value and significance to combine the idea of building morality and cultivating talents with the education of young students'values and construct the carriers of young students'values education,so that the young students could realize all-around development and render new contribution in the new era.
