新型电泵井单流阀应用及节能效果分析

摘要 针对海上油田开发高凝固点原油的潜油电泵井无法使用传统单流阀的问题,研制了一种新型潜油电泵井单流阀。该单流阀由生产腔和排液腔两部分组成。潜油电泵停泵时,油管内流体通过排液腔流入油套环空,既可以防止潜油电泵泵轴遭受反向扭力,又可实现对潜油电泵井直接进行正循环洗井或正挤油管内高凝原油的目的。对动液面较低的油井,不再需要对油管内高凝固点原油进行置换,在保护潜油电泵的同时,缩短油管内高凝原油置换时间,降低作业成本。现场5口生产井的应用结果表明:该新型潜油电泵单流阀使用方便,性能可靠,单井次作业减少用时8 h,节约费用1.5万元人民币。 To address the issue that traditional check valve can't be used in electric submersible pump well during the development of high pour-point reservoir,a new type of check valve is designed.The new check valve contains production and drainage cavities.It mainly consists of production cavity shell and drainage cavity shell.When the submersible electric pump stops,the fluid in the tubing flows into the annulus through the drain chamber.It can not only prevent submersible electric pump shaft from being subjected to reverse torsion,but also realize the purpose of direct flushing or positive extrusion of high pour-point crude oil in oil tubing.For oil wells with lower moving liquid level,the replacement of high pour-point crude oil in the tubing is no longer necessary.While protecting the electric submersible pump,the replacement time of high pour-point crude oil in the tubing is shortened,and the operating cost is reduced.The application result of five producing wells shows:the new check valve is highly reliable and easy to use,and eight-hour operation time and RMB 15000 can be saved in individual well and single flushing operation.
