Standardization is a necessary condition for sustainable development of enterprises,and informatization is an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The paper elaborated the construction of process technology standardization management system by means of standardization and informatization in Sinopec Yangzi.The business efficiency and corporate governance have been enhanced through the improvements in fine management,quantitative technology level,technical document revision,operation standardization and visualization,technology achievement utilization,integration of information technology,operation effectiveness and reliability,ability in risk control and push for clean production,which has laid the foundation for green,low-carbon development.
