大数据应用云平台在重大疫情防控中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 为了应对突如其来的新冠疫情,实现最大化的应急防控,积极响应“推进健康中国建设”号召,武汉市实施“智慧健康”项目,建立可持续发展的医疗服务平台。采用最新私有云平台架构与容器技术,实现医疗应用的PaaS平台,并将整个集群作为资源池支持弹性扩展,实现在多用户环境下资源共享。利用智领云BDOS大数据操作系统提供的微服务架构及统一的微服务发布应用、运维与监控平台,实现从负载均衡到缓存等多种中间件的系统集成。结果表明,在新冠疫情期间,系统在两天内实现快速弹性扩容,支撑数百万人在线核酸检测结果查询,系统资源使用率从10%增长到50%,系统支持弹性扩展,从三年规划变为一年规划,并实现按需扩容。基于容器化的PaaS云平台架构在进行应用级资源配置与共享时,能够有效解决资源利用率低的难点。 In order to maximize the emergency prevention and control of the sudden epidemic of COVID-19,and actively respond to the call of“promoting the construction of a healthy China”,Wuhan government implemented the“Smart Health”project and established a sustainable medical service platform.With the support of the latest private cloud platform architecture and container technology,the PaaS platform for medical applications could use the entire cluster as a resource pool to support elastic expansion and share resources in a multi-user environment.BDOS uses the microservice to publish applications,performs operation and maintenance in a standard way,conducts global monitoring and implement system integration of various middleware,including load balancing,caching and so on.The results prove that even during the period of sudden epidemic of COVID-19 in Wuhan,the system achieves quick elastic expansion in two days so as to support millions of people to query online for nucleic acid detection results,while the utilization rate of system resources is increased from 10%to 50%.The system’s elastic expansion architecture has made one-year plan come true to achieve on-demand expansion instead of three years.In short,based on the containerized PaaS cloud platform architecture,BDOS can effectively solve the difficulty of low resource utilization while performing application-level resource allocation and sharing.
