摘要
2019年年末爆发的新型冠状肺炎疫情,其蔓延范围和扩散速度给我国各行各业发展与稳定带来重大冲击。在本次疫情防控过程中,为达到“科学防控,精准施控”要求,充分应用大数据技术配合网格搜索和快速核酸检测成为一种有效方式。使用NEO4J图数据库技术建立一个构建基于图数据的疫情追溯数据模型,导入权威机构发布的地区疫情数据,通过该模型的更新、查询以及回溯功能,在短时间内精准定位高风险人群与地区并进行疫情追溯,为奋斗在抗击疫情一线的医务工作者和防疫工作人员提供信息决策支持。
The Covid-19 epidemic,which broke out at the end of 2019,has brought a great impact on the development and stability of all industries in China.In this epidemic prevention and control process,in order to meet the requirements of“scientific prevention and control,precise control”,the full application of big data technology with grid search and rapid nucleic acid detection has become an effective method.In this paper,an epidemic traceability data model based on graph data model is proposed.NEO4J graph database technology is used to build the model.The regional epidemic data released by authoritative institutions are imported.This paper hopes that the proposed model can provide information decision support for medical workers and epidemic prevention workers in the front line of fighting against the epidemic.
