中西医结合治疗紧张性头痛的疗效分析

To explore the influence of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine on HAMA score and quality of life of tension headache patients

目的探讨丹珍头痛胶囊联合阿米替林治疗对紧张性头痛患者HAMA评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的94例紧张性头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=47,采用阿米替林治疗)和观察组(n=47,在对照组基础上联合丹珍头痛胶囊治疗)。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和简易生活质量评分量表(Spitzer)评价患者治疗前后心理状态及生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,采用联合治疗的观察组HAMA评分[(9.22±1.57)分]明显低于采用单一法的对照组[(13.26±2.21)分](P<0.05)。治疗后两组精神、健康、支持、心理、活动等评分均高于治疗前,与对照组相比,观察组上述各指标改善程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论丹珍头痛胶囊与阿米替林联合治疗能有效改善紧张性头痛患者的临床症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,有利于提高患者的预后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of Danzhen Headache capsule combined with amitriptyline on HAMA score and quality of life in patients with tension headache.Methods a total of 94 patients with tension headache admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=47,treated with amitrile)and observation group(n=47,treated with Hedanzhen Headache capsule on the basis of the control group).Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Simplified Quality of Life Scale(Spitzer)were used to evaluate the mental state and quality of life improvement of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,HAMA scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and scores of mental health,support,psychology and activity were higher than before treatment.However,compared with the control group,the improvement degree of the above indicators was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danzhen Headache capsule and amittiline can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of tension headache patients,relieve their anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and improve the prognosis of the patients'quality of life.
