摘要
实验室安全管理对农业科研院所开展科学研究、学科建设、人才培养以及确保科研人员人身安全具有重要保障作用。加强实验室管理,逐步完善实验室安全管理体系,达到提升实验室安全管理工作效率目的。本文总结了在实验室安全管理体系构建过程中完成的关于制度建设、视频监控系统建设、危险化学品管理平台建设、仪器共享管理系统构建和门禁管理系统优化等重点工作的探索和实践,为农业科研院所加强实验室安全管理提供参考。
Safety management of laboratory hazardous chemicals is the fundamental guarantee of laboratory safety.It plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of scientific research,discipline construction,talent cultivating and property safety of scientists in institutes of agricultural sciences.Strengthening the laboratory management,improving and optimizing laboratory safety management system,achieving the purpose of improving the efficiency of laboratory safety management.This paper summarized the exploration and practice of the key work completed in the process of safety management system construction such as the system construction,the video surveillance system construction,the hazardous chemicals management platform construction,the instrument sharing management system construction and access control management system optimization in order to provided reference for agricultural sciences institutes to strengthen the safety management of laboratory.
