杜仲无糖组培生根微环境控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 为研究杜仲组培苗生根阶段在无糖组培微环境下CO_(2)调控方式,研究了不同CO2浓度及最高通气量,筛选出最佳CO_(2)浓度及最大换气量。结果显示,CO2浓度为1400、1600μmol/mol时,生根率和生长状态较好(出根时间分别是31、30 d;最长主根根长分别是6.26、6.20 cm;根数平均为3.53、6.20条;生根率均为100%),最大通气量为1400 mL/min时,杜仲无糖组培苗生长最好(株高达7.35 cm,平均叶片面积达2.94 cm2,最长主根根长为6.25 cm,根数达4.07条)。 In order to study the regulation mode of CO_(2) in tissue culture microenvironment of Eucommia ulmoides during rooting stage.7 concentrations of CO_(2) and 7 levels of maximum ventilation were studied,and the best CO2 concentration and maximum ventilation were selected.The results showed that the rooting rate and growth state are better when CO_(2) concentration is 1400 or 1600μmol/mol(rooting time is 31 days and 30 days respectively,and the longest main root length is 6.26 cm and 6.20 cm,respectively.The root number is the best when CO_(2) concentration is 1400μmol/mol,with an average of 3.53;the root number isreach up to the average of 6.20 when CO_(2) concentration is 1600μmol/mol.The rooting rate is all 100%.When the maximum aeration rate is1400 mL/min,Eucommia ulmoides tissue culture seedlings grow best(the plant height is7.35 cm,the average leaf area is 2.94 cm_(2),the longest main root length is 6.25 cm,the root number is 4.07).
