With the continuous advancement of science and technology,the construction of urban informatization has been vigorously developed.Traditional buildings are gradually moving towards smart buildings and realize integrated management.Building Information Model BIM(Building Information Model)provides technical and data support for the construction of smart building systems.It provides conditions for the design of the intelligent building integrated management system.This article combines the BIM and the intelligent building to introduce the system structure and related functions in detail.The system has the characteristics of information sharing and collaborative management.Its promotion and application have brought great convenience to the management of smart buildings,effectively improving the integration and management efficiency of the building operation and maintenance system,and has a good application prospect and reality application value.
