基于图像识别法的变压器油枕干燥剂自动除湿装置的研究

摘要 变压器油枕呼吸器内部干燥剂可以减小变压器绝缘油质水分,提高变压器油质绝缘性能,但是呼吸器内部干燥剂由于受潮影响,需要人工定期进行更换干燥剂,而更换干燥剂不仅费时,还存在变压器油质与空气直接接触受潮的风险,为此本文提出利用图像识别技术,根据干燥剂的颜色自动识别变压器油枕干燥剂湿度,当湿度达到临界值时,自动启动加热器和风扇进行干燥剂自动除湿,降低干燥剂湿度,实现干燥剂循环使用,提高变压器绝缘性能,变压器油枕呼吸器干燥剂湿度识别及自动除湿装置对保障供电安全具有重要的意义。 the desiccant inside the respirator of transformer conservator can reduce the moisture content of transformer insulating oil and improve the insulation performance of transformer oil.However,due to the influence of moisture,the desiccant inside the respirator needs to be replaced manually regularly.The replacement of desiccant is not only time-consuming,but also has the risk of direct contact between transformer oil and air According to the color of desiccant,it can automatically identify the humidity of desiccant in transformer conservator.When the humidity reaches the critical value,the heater and fan will be automatically started to dehumidify the desiccant automatically,reduce the humidity of desiccant,realize the recycling of desiccant and improve the insulation performance of transformer.The humidity identification and automatic dehumidification device of transformer conservator respirator can ensure the safety of power supply Important significance.
