摘要
首先合成了水性环氧丙烯酸酯乳化剂,采用环氧基和羧基物质的量比为1.0∶1.1投料,制得水性环氧丙烯酸酯乳化剂。通过核磁对其结构进行表征,对乳化剂的反应性进行了证明。当乳化剂添加量为4 0%时,能获得稳定的水性环氧丙烯酸酯乳液,且乳化剂使用量较少。
A water-based epoxy acrylate emulsifier was synthesized.The feeding ratio of n(mole of epoxy group)∶n(mole of carboxyl group)=1.0∶1.1 should be used to obtain a good emulsifier.The structure was characterized by NMR and the reactivity of the emulsifier was proved.When the added amount is 40%during emulsification,a stable emulsion can be obtained,and the amount of emulsifier used is small.
