摘要
为了提高化学发光免疫分析仪的检测速度和稳定性,提出了一种基于ARM的控制系统。设计了以ARM为核心,通过CANopen和CAN总线分别控制伺服控制器和步进电机驱动的控制系统。使用嵌入式操作系统设计了电机的运动控制程序。完成了主控系统和光子计数器的硬件设计。实验测试表明:该控制系统达到了使用要求,提高了化学发光免疫分析仪的检测稳定性。
A control system based on ARM is proposed to improve detection speed and stability of chemical luminescence immunity analyzer. The system uses CANopen and CANbus control servo controller and stepping motor drive,respectively. The motion control program is designed by using embedded operating system,and the hardware design of the main control system and photon counter is completed. The experimental results show that the system can meets the needs of usage and improve the detection stability of chemical luminescence immunity analyzer.
