技术创新降低环境污染的门槛效应分析——基于中国285个城市面板数据的实证检验 被引量:1

摘要 通过构建非线性面板门槛回归模型,基于285个城市面板数据分析我国技术创新对环境污染的门槛效应。结果表明:技术创新对环境污染具有单门槛效应,当技术创新水平小于门槛值时,技术创新会增加环境污染,当技术创新跨越门槛值后,技术创新对环境污染具有显著的抑制作用。我国各城市技术创新水平不断跨过门槛值,东部地区样本城市的技术创新水平仍显著高于中西部地区,但中部和西部地区的技术追赶效应开始显现。此外,经济发展水平与环境污染之间存在“倒U型”关系,产业结构升级和人口集聚均有助于改善环境,而能源消耗不利于环境问题的改善。因此,应着力推进产业结构优化升级,完善创新生态环境,积极开展绿色技术创新活动,推动城市协同创新发展。 This paper analyzes the threshold effect of technological innovation on environmental pollution in China based on panel data from 285 cities by building a nonlinear panel threshold regression model.The results show that technological innovation has a single threshold effect on environmental pollution.When the technological innovation level is lower than the threshold value,technological innovation will increase environmental pollution.When the technological innovation crosses the threshold value,technological innovation has a significant inhibition effect on environmental pollution.The technological innovation level of all cities in China keeps crossing the threshold value.The technological innovation level of the sample cities in the eastern region is still significantly higher than that of the central and western regions,but the technological catch-up effect of the central and western regions begins to appear.In addition,there is an"inverted U-shaped"relationship between the level of economic development and environmental pollution,and the upgrading of industrial structure and population agglomeration are both conducive to improving the environment.Energy consumption is not conducive to the improvement of environmental problems.Therefore,it is important to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,improve the innovation of ecological environment,actively carry out green technology innovation activities,and promote the collaborative innovation development of cities.
