摘要
京津冀建设世界级城市群的基石是培育具有竞争力的制造业集群。协同发展战略实施以来,三省市通过加强合作,实现了地区和内部制造业集群优势结构的较大变迁。集群优势的获得来源于产业集群升级,是内部动力与外部动力同时作用的结果。区域成功制造业集群的发展经验表明,京津冀制造业集群升级可遵循四种可行路径:嵌入全球价值链升级、推动区域创新网络升级、承接区域产业转移升级、依托钻石体系整体升级。
The cornerstone of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's building of a world-class city cluster is the cultivation of a competitive manufacturing cluster.Since the implementation of the coordinated development strategy,the three provinces and cities have realized a great change in the advantageous structure of regional and internal manufacturing clusters through strengthening cooperation.The advantages of cluster come from the upgrading of industrial cluster,which is the result of the simultaneous action of internal and external forces.The successful development experience of the regional manufacturing cluster shows that the upgrading of the manufacturing cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region can follow four feasible paths:embedding in the global value chain upgrading,promoting the upgrading of the regional innovation network,undertaking the regional industrial transfer and upgrading,and relying on the overall upgrading of the diamond system.
