广东省公共机构能源资源消费状况分析

Analysis on Energy Resource Consumption of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province

对公共机构的单位建筑面积能耗、人均综合能耗、人均水耗3项能耗指标模型开展研究,分析了2019年广东省各类型公共机构占比情况和用能现状,然后重点比较分析了教育类和卫生类公共机构的能耗指标情况,最后对广东省"十四五"期间公共机构节能政策提出建议。

This paper studied the consumption index models in public institutions of energy consumption per unit building area,energy consumption per capita and water consumption per capita,analyzed the proportion of different types of public institutions and the energy and resource consumption in Guangdong Province in 2019,And then compared and analyzed the energy consumption index of educational and health institutions.At last,some suggestions on energy conservation policies of public institutions in the 14th five-year plan for Guangdong Province were put forward.
