摘要
餐厨废水高温厌氧发酵产生大量高湿沼气,在管道输送过程中,对沼气中饱和水蒸气脱水尤为重要。所述工艺利用水冷式冷水机组的工作原理,将湿热的沼气先进行冷冻脱水,成为干冷沼气,降低沼气露点,再进行加热,变成干热沼气。工艺在工程中得到了验证,切实可行,是高温厌氧发酵沼气工艺系统中的必要环节,为北方地区餐厨项目高温厌氧发酵产沼气工艺系统设计提供了一种新的思路和方法。
A large amount of high humidity biogas is produced by high temperature anaerobic fermentation of food wastewater.In the process of pipeline transportation,the dehydration of saturated steam in biogas is particularly important.Based on the working principle of water-cooled chiller,the hot and humid biogas was frozen and dehydrated into dry and cold biogas,the dew point of biogas was reduced,and then the biogas was heated to dry hot biogas.This process has been verified to be feasible in the project.It is a necessary link in the high temperature anaerobic fermentation biogas process system,which provides a new idea and method for the design of high temperature anaerobic fermentation biogas production process system in northern China.
