摘要
以能对煤矿井下粉尘质量浓度进行灵活控制为目标,对不同参数配置情况下采煤机智能降尘控制系统的降尘效果进行分选,最终得出最优的智能降尘控制参数。通过试验验证,优化后智能降尘控制系统不但可灵活调整采煤机综采作业时的工作特性,而且其对粉尘的沉降效率可达75.12%,极大地优化了煤矿井下的综采作业环境,确保了井下作业人员的身体健康。
With the goal of flexible control of underground dust mass concentration in a coal mine,this paper sorted the dust reduction effect of the intelligent dust control system of shearers under different parameter configurations,and obtained the optimal intelligent dust control parameters finally.Test verification shows that the optimized intelligent dust control system can flexibly adjust the working characteristics of the shearer during fully mechanized mining operations,while its dust settlement efficiency can reach 75.12%,which greatly optimizes the underground fully mechanized mining operating environment of coal mines and ensures the health of underground workers.
