摘要
针对采区下山在工作面回采末期受采动影响破坏严重的问题,以老母坡矿2109综采工作面为工程背景,对预掘回撤通道对下山进行保护的控制技术进行了研究。通过对预掘回撤通道围岩应力在采动过程中变化的研究,采用锚网索联合支护技术结合钻孔爆破卸压技术对回撤通道进行围岩控制。实践证明,回撤通道支护效果良好,同时保护了下山围岩的稳定性,达到了预期目标。
Aiming at the problem of serious damage caused by mining in final mining phase of the working face when the mining area goes downhill,taking the 2109 fully mechanized working face of Laomupo Coal Mine as the engineering background,this paper studied the control technology for protecting the downhill with pre-dug withdrawal channel.By studying the changes in the stress of the surrounding rock of the pre-dug withdrawal channel during mining,the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel is controlled by the combination of anchor-net-cable combined support technology and drilling and blasting pressure relief technology.Practice has proved that the support effect of the withdrawal channel is good,while protecting the stability of the surrounding rock downhill,which achieves the expected goal.
