电控系统作为一种较新的机电控制技术,将其应用在矿井生产中,对于提升矿井生产效益意义显著。以综采面刮板输送机电控系统应用为着手点,针对电控系统在皮带运输机中的应用开展探究。在全面分析电控系统作业原理的基础上,对皮带运输机电控系统功能设置和皮带运输机电控系统设计做出分析,并对其应用运行做出综合分析,希望能够为其他矿井提供借鉴和参考。

Electric control system is a relatively new electromechanical control technology,and its application in mine production has significant significance for improving mine production efficiency.Starting from the application of the electric control system of the scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized mining face,the application of the electric control system of the belt conveyor was explored.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the operating principle of the electric control system,this paper analyzed the function setting and the design of the electric control system of the belt conveyor,and made a comprehensive analysis of its application and operation,hoping to provide reference for other mines.
