摘要 为了研究出一种基于综合机械化技术的采煤巷道掘进工程高强度支护技术,在矿压控制CAE仿真、劳动接续Python仿真等多种比较模式下,比较了基于综合机械化掘进机改装的支护棚技术。结果显示:独立支护棚技术可提供更有效的支护效果,但其人员配置方面要求更高;机载支护棚技术的综合机械化程度更高,但其技术仍有待继续提升。 In order to study a kind of high-strength support technology based on comprehensive mechanized technology for coal mining roadway driving engineering,this paper compared the support shed technology based on comprehensive mechanized roadheader modification under various comparison modes such as mine pressure control CAE simulation and labor continuity Python simulation.The results show that the independent support shed technology can provide more effective support effect,but its staffing requirements are higher;the comprehensive mechanization degree of airborne support shed technology is higher,but the technology still needs to be further improved.
