摘要
清选装置作为联合收获机核心部件之一,其清选性能的优劣直接影响着收获机整机的作业质量。针对常用的风筛式清选机构,研究其结构组成与参数优化将有助于提高清选性能。通过对现有文献的研究,简述了国内外近十年来联合收获机风筛式清选装置在结构组成和参数优化方面的研究现状,对存在的问题进行分析并对未来的发展方向提出设想,以期为我国联合收获机清选装置后续的机构设计提供参考。
As one of the core components of the combined harvester,the cleaning performance directly affects the operation quality of the harvester.As a common cleaning mechanism,the study of its structure composition and parameter optimization will help to improve the cleaning performance.Based on the research of existing literature,this paper briefly describes the research status for air-and-screen cleaning devices of the combined harvester in recent ten years from two aspects of structure composition and parameter optimization.It finds out the existing problems and puts forward assumptions for the future development direction,so as to provide an effective reference for the follow-up mechanism design of combined harvester cleaning device in China.
