衡阳县农机装备转型升级实施现状与发展建议

Status and proposals for transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery equipment in Hengyang County

为推动农业机械化向全程全面高质高效发展,解决农机化发展中暴露出来的突出问题,2018年12月,国务院印发《关于加快推进农业机械化和农机装备产业转型升级的指导意见》。通过调研发现,衡阳县大力度推广丘陵山区农机装备和农机化新技术,探索农业生产全程社会化服务模式,在政策、资金、技术上各个方面大力支持,取得了可喜的成效。

In order to promote agricultural mechanization to the whole process of high quality and efficient development,the State Council Issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of Agricultural Mechanization and Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Industry on December of 2018,to solve the outstanding problems exposed in the development of agricultural mechanization.Through the survey,it found that the government of Hengyang County promoted the agricultural machinery equipment and the agricultural machinery technology in hilly areas,to explore the whole process of agricultural production socialized service model.It has achieved gratifying achievements in policy,capital,and technology.
