摘要
在海洋平台改造和维修项目中,经常需要进行大型设备的更换和安装等工作。当设备的重量超过平台吊车的起重能力时,设备的吊装就变得十分困难,在现有的2种方法中,利用大型浮吊完成吊装,或者借助平台结构设计辅助的吊装框架完成吊装,后者要比前者从成本上经济得多。以秦皇岛33-1南油田Ⅰ期开发项目中老平台改造新增2台变压器吊装为例,介绍此类施工的常规方法。
The replacement and installation of large equipment are often needed in the reconstruction and maintenance projects of offshore platforms. When the weight of the equipment exceeds the lifting capacity of the platform crane, it becomes very difficult to lift the equipment. For the existing two methods, that is, by the large floating crane to complete the lifting, or by the platform structure design auxiliary lifting frame to complete the lifting, compared with the former, the latter is more economical for the cost. Taken the installation of two new transformers lifted to the old platform of phase Ⅰ development project in Qinhuangdao 33-1 south oilfield as an example, the conventional method of this kind of construction is introduced.
