摘要
设计了2种不同Nb含量的承荷探测电缆铠装钢,采用扫描显微镜和透射电镜对2种试验钢的珠光体组织进行观察。结果表明:(1)Nb元素可以细化承荷探测电缆铠装钢的珠光体团簇,由(10.0±3.6)μm减小至(7.9±3.1)μm;(2)Nb元素可以细化珠光体的片层间距,由(120±5)nm减小至(100±5)nm。
Two kinds of armour steel with different Nb content were designed. The pearlite microstructure of two kinds of steel was observed by scanning microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that: Firstly, NB can refine the pearlite clusters of the armor steel of the load-bearing detection cable, which decreases from(10.0±3.6)μm to(7.9±3.1)μm;and secondly, Nb can refine the interlamellar spacing of pearlite from(120±5)nm to(100±5)nm.
