摘要
从矿山机械制造业与自动化中的节能设计理念概述入手,与未来我国矿山机械发展的主要趋势相结合,对节能设计理念应用的关键点进行分析。得出制造单位应设计液压系统与防渗漏系统、更新改进矿山机械包装、增强冷却工艺设计的合理性以及提高对各环节节能的重视程度4点对策,希望能为有关人士提供帮助。
Starting from the overview of energy-saving design concept in mining machinery manufacturing and automation, and combining with the main development trend of China’s mining machinery in the future, the key points of application of energy-saving design concept are analyzed. It is concluded that the manufacturer should design hydraulic system and anti-leakage system, update and improve the packaging of mining machinery, enhance the rationality of cooling process design and enhance the importance of energy saving in each stage, it is hoped to be of help to those concerned.
