摘要 无填料振冲密实法具有工艺简单、处理深度大、加固效果好、工期短、造价低等优点,成为大规模吹填造地工程常用的地基加固方法之一。论文通过介绍无填料振冲密实法在科威特LNGI项目加固吹填砂的应用,分析施工控制要点以及静力触探CPT验收曲线检验加固效果的情况。应用S-700型振冲器按等边三角形间距3.75m振冲可实现项目水位线上95%压实度和水位线下90%压实度的加固目标,为今后类似的工程项目地基加固提供参考。 The non-filling vibro-compaction method has the advantages of simple process, large treatment depth, good reinforcement effect, short construction period and economical, and has become one of the most common methods for foundation treatment in large-scale reclamation project. This paper introduces the application of non filling vibro-compaction method in the reinforcement of dredger fill sand in Kuwait LNGI project, analyzes the construction control points and CPT acceptance curve to check the reinforcement effect. The application of S-700 vibroflotation device according to the equilateral triangle spacing of 3.75 m can achieve the goal of 95% compaction degree on the water level line and 90% compaction degree under the water level line, which can provide reference for the foundation reinforcement of similar projects in the future.
