现代化水网建设与水资源优化配置探析

Analysis of Construction of Modern Water Network and Optimal Allocation of Water Resources

近几年来,由于水资源短缺、地下水的过度利用以及持续干旱等问题,已经严重影响人们的生活水平和社会稳定发展,因此,进行现代化水网建设和优化配置迫在眉睫。论文针对在水网建设中存在的问题提出了相应的对策,以利于制定严格的水资源管理制度。

In recent years,the shortage of water resources,excessive utilization of groundwater and persistent drought,has seriously affected people’s living standard and social stability and development.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to carry out the construction of modern water network and optimize the allocation.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in the construction of water network,in order to make a strict water resources management system.
