摘要 目的研究药包塑料薄膜在不同的条件下对印刷及复合中常用溶剂的吸附性。方法采用色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX(60 mm×0.320 mm×0.50 mm)的顶空-气相色谱法。在不同的条件下,研究药包塑料薄膜对印刷及复合常用的5种溶剂的吸附性。结果在相同条件下,PET薄膜对甲醇和异丙醇的吸附性较强,LDPE薄膜和PP薄膜对有机溶剂的吸附性较差。LDPE薄膜随着厚度的增加,对溶剂吸附性也增加,但单位厚度对溶剂吸附性却是降低的。LDPE,PP,薄膜随着温度的上升,溶剂吸附量增加,但PET薄膜对溶剂的吸附性是先上升后下降。结论不同的薄膜对不同的溶剂有不同的吸附倾向,在生产中要考虑这一点,选择合适的溶剂和生产工艺。尽量选择厚度较薄的薄膜,这样可以降低复合膜的溶剂残留量。由于温度对薄膜基材溶剂吸附性的影响,在工艺条件允许的情况下,应根据薄膜基材对溶剂的吸附特性来选择合适温度。 The purpose of the study is to study the adsorption of the commonly used solvents in printing and compounding under different conditions.Headspace-gas chromatography with a chromatographic column of HP-INNOWAX(60 mm×0.320 mm×0.50 mm)was used.Under different conditions,the adsorption of five kinds of solvents commonly used in printing and compounding was studied.Under the same conditions,PET film has strong adsorption to methanol and isopropyl alcohol,while LDPE film and PP film have poor adsorption to organic solvents.As the thickness of LDPE film increases,the adsorption of solvent also increases,but the adsorption of solvent per unit thickness decreases.As the temperature of LDPE,PP,and film increases,the amount of solvent adsorption increases,but the adsorption of PET film to solvent increases first and then decreases.The conclusion is that different films have different adsorption tendencies to different solvents.This point should be considered in production,and the appropriate solvent and production process should be selected.Enterprises should try to choose thinner films to reduce the amount of residual solvent in the composite film.Due to the influence of temperature on the solvent adsorption of the film substrate,when the process conditions permit,an appropriate temperature should be selected according to the adsorption characteristics of the film substrate to the solvent.
