摘要
本文针对"华龙一号"核电厂首堆的防火设计优化经验进行了总结,对后续"华龙一号"项目的防火设计提出了优化方案。论文首先介绍了防火设计优化的思路,通过验证火灾薄弱环节分析后采取保护措施的施工状况以及经济性,发现防火设计存在的问题,针对具体问题分析相关原因,提出防火设计优化方案,作为后续华龙机组防火设计的改进措施。在后续"华龙一号"防火设计初期阶段通过对设备布置、电缆路径调整等措施,对安全级冗余设备和电缆进行防火隔离改进,提高核电厂防火安全水平和安全性的同时,降低消除火灾共模点的施工难度和经济性。该项经验总结也为国内其他同类核电厂防火设计改进提供了重要参考,总体提高我国核电厂的防火安全水平。
The experience of fire protection design optimization of initial HPR1000 NPP is summarized and an optimized scheme for the fire protection design of HPR 1000 NPP is proposed in this paper.Firstly,research mentality of fire protection design optimization is introduced,and the construction and the economy of supplement measures which is taken after vulnerability analysis is verified to recognize issues of fire protection design.The related reasons of specific issues are analyzed and fire protection design optimization scheme is put forward,as the improvement measures of fire protection design in follow-up HPR 1000 NPP.In the initial design stage of the fire protection design of follow-up HPR1000 NPP,fire isolation of safety redundant equipment and cables is carried out by means of equipment layout,cable spreading adjustment and other measures,so as to improve the fire safety level and safety of nuclear power plant and reduce the construction difficulty and economy of elimination common mode failure of fire.This experience also provides an important reference for the fire protection design improvement and generally improves the fire level safety of other similar nuclear power plant in China.
