摘要 根据核安全法规和国家标准,"华龙一号"主控室照明系统及其供电系统设计应满足抗震要求。照明质量如照度、照度均匀度、眩光等指标应满足人因工程要求。照明功率密度应满足相关限值要求。为满足以上要求,本项目开发并制造了满足抗震1类要求的灯具,从可靠性角度,为照明系统配置直流电源及来自不同序列的交流电源,并配置了72 hUPS电源,所有电源均满足抗震1类要求。从而保证在运行和事故工况下,为主控室提供符合要求的照明,满足主控室正常操作和事故后监视活动的需要。采用点照度计算方法优化灯具布置,使照明设计既满足照明质量要求又满足功率密度限值要求。本项目首次开发并应用了满足抗震1类要求的照明设备,首次为主控室后备盘区设置了72 h安全照明,为严重事故下主控室可居留性创造了条件。 According to nuclear safety regulations and national standards,the design of the HPR1000 main control room lighting system and its power supply system should meet seismic requirements.Lighting quality such as illuminance,illuminance uniformity and glare should meet human factor engineering requirements.Lighting power density should meet the relevant limit requirements.In order to meet the above requirements,this project has developed and manufactured lighting fixtures that meet the requirements of seismic category 1.For the perspective of reliability,the lighting system is equipped with DC power and AC power from different sequences.The 72-hour UPS power supply is configured too.All power sources are meet the requirements of seismic category 1.So as to ensure that the main control room can be provided with the required lighting in both operation and accident conditions,meeting the needs of normal operation and post-accident monitoring activities in the main control room.The point illuminance calculation method is used to optimize the layout of lighting fixtures,so that the lighting design meets the requirements of lighting quality and power density limits.For the first time,this project developed and applied lighting equipment that meets the requirements of seismic category 1,and for the first time,72-hour safety lighting was installed in the backup panel of the main control room,which created conditions for the habitability of the main control room under severe accidents.
