摘要
福岛核事故引起了社会各界对严重事故的关注,用于监测严重事故进程的仪表能够在需要的时间窗口内正确执行功能,监测电厂的运行状态,对于严重事故管理导则(SAMG)的制定和实施起着至关重要的作用。国际国内相关的法规标准均对严重事故下需要使用仪表的可用性提出了要求,但国内目前尚未建立针对严重事故仪表设计及鉴定相关的标准。本文介绍了"华龙一号"示范项目的严重事故仪表的设计,确保了严重事故用仪表在要求使用的时间窗口内可以正确执行功能,提高了"华龙一号"核电厂的安全性和经济性。为三代电厂严重事故用仪表设计和鉴定工作进一步开展提供了较为完善的方法和思路。
The Fukushima nuclear accident has attracted social public attention to the severe accident.If the instruments used to monitor the processing of severe accident could perform the function correctly in the time frame required.This would help to make and implement the severe accident management guidance(SAMG).International and domestic regulations and standards all require that these instruments should be available during severe accident.However,it’s still not set down relevant standard that how to design and qualify these instruments.This paper introduces the design,qualification and optimization of instruments,which should be used during and after the severe accident of HPR1000 project.These design ensures that the instruments work well within the time frame necessary,improves the safety and economy of HPR1000 nuclear power plants.It provides a more perfect method and thought for further development of the instrument design and qualification of the third generation power plant.
