摘要
本文介绍了"华龙一号"首堆工程外挂水箱土建施工技术,从悬挑水箱结构的施工逻辑及支撑体系、高精度预埋件施工、分层分段、钢筋工程及混凝土浇筑等关键施工技术进行研究分析,分析"华龙一号"外挂水箱的施工难点及制定应对措施,并优化改进其施工方法,如采取钢桁架结构支撑,增加不锈钢覆面先贴法范围等,对比土建结构施工的优与劣,达到进一步节约工期和降低质量风险的目的,使该施工技术能够运用并优化到其他同类核电堆型悬挑结构的施工。
This paper introduces the civil construction technique for the hanging water tank of the first HRP1000 project.From the construction logic and support system of cantilever water tank structure,the construction of high precision embedded parts,the introduction of equipment,layered segmentation,steel bar engineering and concrete pouring and other key technical construction methods,the construction difficulties of HRP1000 external water tank are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are worked out,and the optimization and improvement of its construction method are discussed.Such as adopting steel truss structure support,increasing the scope of stainless steel coating method,etc.,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of civil construction,so as to further save the construction period and reduce the quality risk,so that the construction technique can be applied and optimized to the construction of other cantilever structures of the same reactor type.
