APC壳防飞机撞击机械接头的性能要求及使用范围优化

摘要 核电厂APC壳主要用于抵抗商用大飞机的撞击。APC壳设计时需要对使用的建筑材料性能进行相应的规定,保证材料性能与计算假定一致。通过调查与研究,对防飞机撞击机械接头的性能指标进行了规定。防飞机撞击机械接头的单向拉伸性能、高应力下的反复拉压性能、大应变反复拉压性能等常规性能与JGJ107—2016中规定的Ⅰ级机械接头的要求是相当的。防飞机撞击机械接头还应满足瞬间加载冲击试验中高速率下接头总伸长率Agt≥5%的大变形要求。通过对APC壳各墙体开展撞击敏感性分析,得出了厂房各墙体在受到大飞机撞击时各区域的纵向钢筋应变值。以极限弹性应变为阈值,确定了墙体撞击的敏感区域。仅在撞击敏感区域使用防飞机撞击机械接头,从而在APC壳的设计中减小了特殊机械接头的使用范围,降低了工程造价。 The APC shell of nuclear power plant is mainly used to resist the impact of large commercial aircraft.When designing APC shells,it is necessary to specify the properties of the building materials used to ensure that the properties of the materials are consistent with the calculation assumptions.Through investigation and research,the performance index of anti-aircraft collision mechanical joints is stipulated.The conventional performance of anti-aircraft impact mechanical joints such as unidirectional tensile performance,repeated tensile and compression performance under high stress,and large strain repeated tensile and compression performance are equivalent to the requirements of the first-level mechanical joint specified in JGJ107-2016.Anti-aircraft impact mechanical joints should also meet the large deformation requirements of the joint total elongation Agt≥5%at high speed in the instant loading impact test.Through the impact sensitivity analysis of the walls of the APC shell,the strain values of the longitudinal steel bars in each area of the walls of the building when impacted by a large aircraft are obtained.Taking the ultimate elastic strain as the threshold,the sensitive area of wall impact is determined.Only use anti-aircraft collision mechanical joints in impact-sensitive areas,thereby reducing the scope of use of special mechanical joints in the design of the APC shell,and reducing engineering costs.
